ANOTHER deer tag question
So I applied for a tag and went into the draw for an anterless (I think). I did not apply for any controlled hunts. I printed my summary and it does not say anywhere on it that I am in a draw, just that I purchased a deer tag. I also can't find that info anywhere in my account that I entered a draw for a doe tag, just that the deer tag is pending.
Has anyone entered the anterless draw and the info shows they are in the draw for their WMU on their summary?
Kinda wondering if I am pooched and need to contact MNR, or LOSO (Lack Of Service Ontario) to try to fix this.

I got the same thing, tag pending with no information stating I applied for an anterless tag.... I just wanted to double check that I picked the right WMU but can't seem to find that information.... Maybe one new thing the license service company can include as we all learn to navigate this new license system.

Yes I did give a WMU, just that there is no place on the MNR site I can find to verify that my application went through for a doe tag.

I am glad someone brought this up or I may have missed out, so Thank you. A learning curve for all of us I guess..

That is the info I was looking for!
I went back into my account under sales and draws, but the option is not available and it says you can not exceed the maximum number allowed. Another spot I can't refind now said the item was in my cart but when I go there my cart is empty.
THIS IS FUN!!!!!
So I know I have a deer tag pending, but this new easier system has got me somewhat irritated if not completely pissed off. I should not have to spend an hour looking for something like this, and it does seem like only government sites are so cumbersome to navigate, at least for me and many other people I know. If this was private business...….they would be out of business.
I might try again some other time, but I have better ways to spend my day.

The system works. Got a question look for a solution. Good forum help that's what it is all about.

Think of it as part of the hunt.
I'm sure you'll be spending more than an hour hunting for your deer and it'll be wrought with frustrations.
You wouldn't want your deer tied to a tree opening morning and appreciate the work involved in getting it done.
Todays society seems to be all about instant gratification and convenience.
What has happened to patience and working a bit harder.

Part of the hunt. Spending over an hour on a computer trying to straighten out a system problem (at least for me) is not part of the hunt. If it was I would have filled my tag for my computer a while ago, notched it and put it in a ziplock.
This is not simplified, (at least for me). I have way too many more important things in my life like family health, making a living wage, cooking meals and just surviving this jungle.
If you think navigating a lowest bid website is "PART OF THE HUNT" you need to package whatever you are taking and sell it or else call up the Crayola company so they can make a new crayon color that matches the color of the sky in your world.

With 3 Canadian tires and 2 Service Ontario outlets in Kingston, I'm sure you could find time to have it done the old fashioned way if you're computer challenged.
