People like that irritate me to no end,so,I sure get where you're coming from.
If a tree falls on your ex in the woods and nobody hears it,you should probably still get rid of your chainsaw. Just sayin'....

Yup, and no matter what they say, it is first come first served. Although some on this forum disagree with that. 'But I have been in this spot for years'.
