All bows have there time and place. I started with a compound bow for years and now shoot a crossbow for convenience.

Yes, I agree. The most important thing is being able to get out there and enjoy it all. Everyone has different tastes and likes.

Been hunting 50 years about 8 years ago took up bow hunting. Cross bow Excalibur 380, wouldn't be able to use any other bow with my restrictions. Would love to trade to a mirco 355 though, my boy has one and won't trade me. Just printed my tags so ready to go. Last year boy and I both got bucks by mid October. Filled extra tag with another buck on boxing day. Can't wait.

Compound shooter here, shoot with an elite 35, and hunt with my entry level Blackout SS that's re-strung with winners choice. I love shooting both, but every time I head into the woods I find myself grabbing my old bow.

Compound hunter and trad target shooter here. I’d like to go trad for hunting but haven’t had the room to practice enough until now. I just bought a house with some property to shoot so we will see where that goes now.
Give a man a fish and he eats for a day. Teach a man to fish and he will squander all his earnings, relationships and free time.

Yeah trad takes a lot of practice and dedication that's for sure.
