I had two tags and it didn’t make a difference. There was just a question on the report about a second tag and if it was used.

Others are reporting the same glitch. I wonder if it is related to Outdoors Cards that expired on Dec. 31?

Nope, that's not it. Just heard from someone who's card is valid for 2 more years yet is having issues.
