Yes I can confirm this as I went back in just a few minutes ago and finished up my deer report which was not available the other day.... so looks like its working again....

I completed mine last night, my license expired as well at the end of 2019 and no issues there.

They really need a computer cite solely devoted to these reports, without all the garbage that is on the ministry's primary cite, and which is far more user friendly. The cite could do without a user account and password, your identity should be part of the report, RATHER THAN needed to get into the report cite.
