Taking days from the early season or the end of the regular season to add days to the late feb/March season doesn’t make any sense. Anyone I know who is a dedicated waterfowler would not be happy with ether of those scenarios.
Gadwall is right on the money, the early and late seasons are supposed to be nuisance residents seasons and I feel should not be counted in the 107 days. Would be great if the late season was opened up across the southern region and not just in no Sunday zones which are getting to be fewer and fewer every year.
I love fishing but REALLY it is just a way to pass time until hunting season!!!!

No I was thinking about there being NO EARLY SEASON in September, and a full on Resident Season in the spring.
As for thanks or no thanks. Who cares what you want. This is a discussion, people will discuss ideas.
Take the warning labels off. Darwin will solve the problem.

The "Different" words have different meaning.
Taking days from the Early Season implies there would still be an Early Season.
I clarified that I meant doing away with the Early Season totally.

Couldn’t agree more!
Let me ask you this snowwalker how many hunts did you get on during the last early season?? How many hunts did you get on last late season??? How many birds did you harvest both seasons?? I’m willing to bet the farm you didn’t get out once during ether............maybe we should be saying who cares what you think!!

Well to get back on topic.
DS, you have stated what you don't like so can you now Grace us mortals, and tell us how "YOU" think the problems with Resident Geese would be solved.

J'c you are correct. I let him lead me down the rabbit hole.
As many times as you and I have disagreed on topics, many times I find we also agree.
