They sell them in the lobby of the MNR building in Kemptville...same lady has been there for over 25 yrs....she stayed on even after they also started to sell Drivers licence and Health cards.
Apparently it works better.. got my card in two weeks !! HaHa

So it's not the MNR, it's the Service Ontario outlet at the MNR building? Gotcha!

I was wondering if you slipped the ladies something to get such fast service.
Maybe they should have had us applying a few months earlier for the massive amount of people that had to renew.

This is proof that they applied for renewal in case they are checked by a C.O. I have been told this twice, right from the source at MNRF office.
That's my understanding of it too. I'm waiting for my card but have been carrying the summary while hunting.

Only newbies to the area call it that..still the MNR to anyone with any time locally.

There is no 'rush'....you call or go on-line, pay, get a receipt and it is your temp card. No 'need' for the plastic card .

I’m aware of that. The “rush” I was referring to is the rush for the card printers....

Ya, but I'm pretty sure most of the people on here reading your post, are not locals?
