I just received my new PAL in the mail today. I renewed online on February 4, so it only took 2 weeks!
So fast, it must be some sort of record!

I had a similar turn around last year at about this time. It was the first time, for me, using a digital photo instead of a passport one and wasn't sure what to expect.
