The Order in Council should have everyone seething, no matter what is or isn’t on the list. Ramming it through during Covid, using that.......
I may have missed it, in earlier discussion but certain cartridges are also going to be black listed? Which will render some bolt action rifles useless.
Some long shooters I have on FB out West are going ballistic.

They talk about rapid fire I know guys who can put 5 to 7 shells through a shotgun on a flock of birds. And yes they only held 3 shots figure that out rapid fire.
What about turning a 30 30 into a semi automatic? It's been done . What does a ban do when you can change the way a firearm reacts?.
Then is all what happens over the border. What is used in the United states.
Didnt think an ar 15 was used heavily in Canada on mass murders.

Police services don’t use ARs to the best of my knowledge...

If these all these are on the list they show some figures or some numbers they may or not be accurate. You will never find the ones 6that came in the back door.

That's what I was getting to they always seem to refer ar 15 to the USA shootings.

In one article I read , stated that the firearm taken from the dead officer was a C8, these are built by Colt, The C7 is a rifle . the C8 is a carbine version.
C8 CQB is a compact assault rifle with a 250 mm (10") or 290 mm (11.6") barrel. It is similar to the US Mark 18 Mod 0 CQBR compact assault rifle. C8 IUR (Integrated Upper Receiver). It is a semi-automatic only version. It was adopted by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police as a standard-issue patrol carbine.

So Gilroy does banning these guns mean criminals and crazy people who have them must turn them into the Police? Can Liberals guarantee that Criminals won't get access to them.

Proves again the preppers got it right when they ensure that they can take care of their own security.
