    Thanks

Edit: Thinking it out, I guess I can just kind of sorta pick up one side and do just one side at a time.....
That’s pretty much what I did. The front was locked into the front roller. No boat damage whatsoever.....just block it up when you are under there working on it....for obvious reasons !!

Doing it a boat lunch could be tricky if it is busy and your boat takes up a dock spot, but if it is your only option then pick a slower day/time and have everything ready before hand. If you run into a big problem you might not be able to get the boat back on the trailer. Maybe make sure all the bolts/nuts can be loosened before you get there and have all new hardware, rather than hoping some can be salvaged.
Ya, it just takes one thing to go wrong and then what, boat stays in water longer? (Might get some guys upset).... So....... I have been running all scenarios in my head, what I need, what I can get ready before hand and what extra tools I should bring just in-case something unexpected happens.... A charged cordless drill, drill bit, spare drill bit....vice-grip, socket set, staple gun, staples, nuts/bolts,washers.......Knife/scissors to cut the carpet.......a hacksaw and spare blade just in-case the old bolts are seized or stripped....... I think that is it......... I might give Ricks idea (raising the boat slightly on my driveway) first.....
Thanks for the help/suggestions, Hope to get it done next week sometime..

Jacking then blocking boat works great. You can do one side at a time or both...more blocks. I used marine carpet. Most carpet stores carry it

You should be able to pre-assemble the bunk boards - cut them to size and wrap them in carpet so they are ready to go. Pop your boat in at a launch and take it somewhere out of the way and tie it off - if space is an issue bring a buddy and tell him to take it for a spin. Move your tuck/trailer to someplace you can work on it. Take the old ones off and install the new ones - mine boards are just held in place with lag bolts on one end and screws on the other so it only took me 30min to swap them out with the help of a cordless impact gun.
