Yup thats the "Im too good for this" mentality thats creating more problems. Ignorance doesn't solve anything. Look at the main demographic areas where the virus spreads, intelligence isnt the forte but ignorance is definitely part of it. Having a proper education is a good start.

Hands up how many nurses doctors or health professionals dont believe wearing masks helps prevent spread of infectious disease? hmmm...unless you know more then highly educated medical professionals I dont think your opinion is very valid. If your asking then you obviously dont understand how certain types of mask work and what each is made for. Maybe educate yourself before passing judgment, not all face masks are equal...btw

Ya but wouldn't you feel more comfortable in a confined space (elevator) with the others around you wearing a face covering.... I know I would.....
I am not blind to the fact it wont protect me or anyone else 100% but I am also not blind to the fact wearing some sort of face covering does help reduce the spread.....
On a side.................I seen my mother-in-law coughing like crazy in the kitchen while she cooks, (disgusting) ......... Put a mask on and I might stay for dinner......

Honestly I have zero faith in our government at this point, in January they were joking about the virus telling us there's nothing to worry about. They have turned more people away from testing than actually testing sick individuals. It cost 200 dollars in the USA for a test. Thousands are leaving clinics down south because they refuse to pay for a test. With 3 million cases and 50 thousand more a day. Times that by 3 or 4 and that's the real number of infected. Covid is here to stay just like influenza, society needs to stop living in fear and get used to it because it's not going away. Were now being told we need to wear masks until theres a cure or vaccine. That's just a pipe dream, best of luck if that's what were waiting for.
