Demerit points are just like Christmas gifts......you wake up one morning and BAM.......there they are. No rhyme or reason they are just there.
But if you want my take on it just try any one of these forbidden topics:
(i) Any talk of Liberal vs Conservative will get you one for sure........apparently there are those that think that we have more than a 2 party electoral system. Yes......some people actually think fringe parties make a difference.
(ii) The mere mention of the form of precipitation that happens when we go below freezing (also a referencing millennials) will get you one - maybe even two.
(iii) Your opinion, especially if it references anything other than a the middle or left of middle political stance, will land you in the penalty box.
But I do not condone that behavior as I would not want anyone of be offended.

Join the club, I grew up watching All in the Family. I miss that show.

By all means call a spade a spade and have no regrets about doing it I don't and still will continue to do so. Liberals on the other hand only support free speech until it offends them which does take much.

Free speech are you kidding, we just had a ex moderator on here boasting how he and yet another ex moderator managed to keep me banned off the Off Topic and Politics section for about 10 years.How free was that,but even although I could not comment on those thread,s it did not prevent your right wing friend's on here injecting politics into all the general hunting related threads. Not to mention certain members on here trying to get me banned for some flimsy excuse and complaining to the moderators. But big thanks to those sneaky guys,one I can thank the other has kinda left us in a permanent way so he will not get the thanks.Your complaint got my posting privileges re instated.

Truth to be told-You may very well hit the nail right in the head ,with what is one of the biggest and most far fetching misconceptions we face today
I came from different background to Canada,where the general population was always in opposition(not many ppl liked and lined up with communists,regardless how much they tried to brainwash the populace-people were just having enough common sense to see thru the leftist bullshyte).
I came to Canada-my daughter went to school. Mid 90-ties!!!
She came home soon enough with the shocking indoctrination -You are special(so they were taught).I was in disbelief.
I always thought-for someone to be special-the individual would have to ACTUALLY do something ....
A generation or two later-everyone knows,they are special,just because-they are!
Removed all critical and indepentent thinking-and replaced with entitlement ..........Sad indeed.

Lol good post. I haven't seen the term moonbat on here yet I wonder if we are allowed to use this word as I know of a couple on here. We are the politics section so one would think it would be fine.
