As for some of the people still making good money from home ? Not sure what to think about it . Know a guy getting 60 bucks an hour to sit in bed doesn't even have pants [emoji158] on half the and making a killing. Some are better off then others we are not all equal the rich is only getting richer while the majority of the middle is at a stand still.
As a whole the majority can't even compete with a part of the real money out there. .
Where did that diamond go? Did it stay in Canada? remember only less than 10 percent of our population can even afford that. I was thinking some gangster could of gotten it for a ear spacer [emoji39]. Didn't catch where it went .
Don't blow that extra bit of cash too fast. Crist that doesn't even cover half my smokes for the week.
I know I did laugh the other day when the father in law told me what he was going to be getting for his old age pension the other day. Chump change he would call it ,almost makes more a day from stock interest [emoji849][emoji1787]
Guess it depends on what you do with all your earnings over the years . You either spend if foolishly or put in a place that pays you . ?

The buyer, an unnamed Japanese man, bought the stone for his second daughter and prompty renamed it after her —The Maiko Star. He had previously bought a 88.22-carat diamond for his other daughter, Manami, last year, auction house Sotheby's says.

Yes and unfortunately all the past Conservative policies Reaganomics,Thatcherism ,trickle down effect did not happen. Free capital markets gave us the Wall Street collapse,no bankers went to jail and then the Yanks vote in a President who immediately gave the rich 2 trillion in tax cuts...

That's why he doesn't need to be paid for the job he is doing lol.
If you didn't donate for tax breaks where would the money go ? What would happen to all the organization's where these donations are made too? Is our government going to pay for new churches and hospitals? I know my wife's grandparents have donated millions to churches and hospitals. Who will look after this if they do not ? Remember alot of their money is funded by the people not our government.
It's not like your keeping the money anyway when you donate 60 to hundred thousand a year. it's still money coming out of the account right. ? Not every one will be so fair to give it away and abuse the system but then again some people never play fair. You know that.

Some people seem to think the rich just hold on to their money, but they seem to forget many use this money to plow in to new Ventures in Ottawa some of those past people
were Terry Mathews, Michael Cowpland, Joseph Straus. Ever wonder why Elon Musk hasn't given Canada much of a noticed? Most likely because Canadians would A try and tax him to death, also most Canadians do not want any millionaires setting up shop here and employing people.
The more you tax the less you will get for investment into our country.
Most on the Left readily admit they do not want jobs in Canada and that is easy to see. Every single project in Canada has had either the Left or the Government or both throw up road blocks.

An average guy has a heart attack on the street, the paramedics come along and they are loading him into the ambulance while his OHIP records and contributions are viewed .He has paid his taxes and insurance premiums and gets taken to hospital.
A real rich guy drops on the next street over, the paramedics start to load him up,but he comes back having paid NO TAXES,because he is a smart guy with all his cash off shore. The paramedics leave him by the side of the road. How do you like my new health system so far.LOL

I know a few "Rich" people who earn 250K upwards of over a million, they do pay taxes and more the the average person. But a Prime Minister telling people to pay their fair share while refusing to pay his fair share isn't right. Trudeau father set up a Trust fund specifically to escape taxes.
It is Liberals that need to start paying. Liberals supporters should also not be using outside health care and then saying they do not support two tier.
Liberals love to complain until someone brings up their share.

Those corporations employ and create jobs, which creates taxes and build economic growth. Why so many big companies have packed up shop and moved to other countries? Why would anyone want to invest in a country that taxes your business to death, instead of a country that gives tax incentives to run their businesses.
Trump understands how to create business not destroy it. He will win by a landslide and continue to make America great again.
