So how is Ford doing? Do you agree with the various lockdowns by district, or should we truly be 'open for business' ? Sorry but I feel if the teachers and kids are back at school , why not everyone else? Most of the recent infections are coming from large private functions, not businesses.

Toronto was put into stage red yesterday so the restaurants and gyms will remain closed until mid December they say.

But we all know closing the restaurant's and gyms didn't work. The lack of testing this month is getting old . The past few weeks many days are well under 30 thousand test done. . Yesterday they tested 36 thousand but still well under the target goals that were set out months ago.

I think the appointment only is getting less test done.

I doubt that half the restaurants and stores will still be operating long, there just won't be a way they can go on. The flatten the curve has turned into a endless beat you over the head. If they keep up like this maybe 1/3 or 1/4 will still be open end of 2021. They are ruining the future of so many with their beating it with a sledge hammer.

Uhmm no. A relationship with God is a lifetime of learning and discipline. You say religion ... have you read the Bible, Quran and Torah back to back? Also, answer my question please ... what of the "universe is a simulation" theory ... what do you believe, big bang or that?? Come on ... don't avoid it, just tell us what is in your head ... please! No I have not read the Koran or Torah. I have read the bible 3 times in my life, every word, front to back, both old and new. That is why I am an atheist. Science says challenge all theories, until it is confirmed that there is unmitigated proof. Then do your research again, again and again, looking for any errors. Try that with religion , it is a comedy of errors. I cant prove life is not a simulation, any more than you can prove god. But you have faith, 'so you got that going for you'......... Caddy Shack.

What, is not ....Everything is part of gods plan. Everything. Even the evil. It is his will. Just try saying that on the Sick Kids cancer ward. Matthew 27:46....... Forsaken? A child. Why?

If for one second you could believe ... let's just make one assumption, please ... and then maybe you will understand this ...

BELIEVE for 1 second, or even assume ... Heaven is for real ... just entertain me here ... where is the better place to be, here on earth ... or in Heaven for eternity?? What if death is simply the way to life in Heaven? We would look down at this short term suffering, and laugh ... because we would realize how insignificant it is, relative to our experience in Heaven.

I'm not sure what happened to you ... but to me it sounds like you went through something tough in life, and chose to blame it on God. I believe, one day, you will have all your answers ... but as an atheist, your version of the story ends with the lights going out forever ... and nothingness ... no-existence ... no answers ... we are just larvae, and expire. That's what you believe in ... why would you ever choose that ending for yourself?

It's because he knows he can't choose either, by choose one, he'll admit the other is incorrect ... and then my case is closed ... last year he believe scientists when they said the big bang, next year it is the simulation theory, next decade it's another theory ... and so on. So believing that science has proven God doesn't exist is in fact a fallacy. It has not proved anything, but to show that they don't have the answers.

In fact ... this whole simulation business (which really some physicists are backing) ... if the universe is simulated, it means it was created ... and that means there is a creator ... they try and make it seem like it's all just a computer program, that is to belittle the Creator, and the need for him in the equation ... but the reality is ... if it's a simulation, there's a Creator ... full stop. And call it a simulation ... call it whatever, but it is our reality, and there is a creator. So for me ... it's funny but also exciting to see science come full circle to say the universe was probably created by someone. LOL.

I did not chose it. It is a fact of science that I have no control over. I choose not to believe in fairy tails about what could possibly happen, ( in religions deluded, biased opinion) after I die without any proof whatsoever.
