I would think he would tell all voters so they can decide if they agree with his plan and then would vote for him. Or maybe he is not confident enough that it would pass scrutiny. I would think you would want to hear about the plan, before you vote for it.

Again you need to get better sleep and stay awake when your up. How many criminals would vote for you if you told them your coming after them? If you use common sense its much easier to understand.

I did read it, he told us the problem, smuggled guns at the border, to easy to get across, go after the gangs, but he did not say how he would stop them...... Just, 'I have a plan'. I can read and comprehend quite well thank you.

Sorry Fishermccann, what I can't seem to comprehend is how ones belief system does not include common sense thought process?
Forgive me, I have not graduated to that level. I'm not sure if I have what it takes?
Actually your idea sounds great we could all just pay an extra 100 bucks a week to a criminal until their well enough off to no longer be a criminal.
