mosquito,
We had our own little tyrant in the form of Stephen Harper who tried to bully the people of Canada while being in the pocket of big business and it appears he was in the pocket of the Chinese Government giving them great deals.

You don't get to speak for "most" on here only for your sad self. Try and post anything with some substance.

Saving for retirement, economic or health problems, ... just saving is a bad thing according to them... and the number of people willing to be accomplices does seem high, kind of like what we saw under Mao and Castro and other tyrants ... I mean leaders that Trudeau admires.
Despite what you would like to think or DREAM about most of your opinions seem not to be based on fact, for instance his treatment of women seems to be well received and Justine has twice the support from women as does the Conservatives.
The latest poll of course put's him well ahead of the Conservative's in many area's including response to Covid.

ROFLAO .... a toronto star opinion piece... all while Trudeau was already lying about balancing the budgets... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iY3I2ewuxQ0
If you actually believe that I feel sorry for you state of mental and moral being, especially in the light Jody, W.R., Admiral Norman, Philcott, Caesar-Chavannes, Leona Alleslev and too many scandals and coverups to list that shows Justlied really does want to be like those he admires (Chinese dictatorship/Castro...)...
Mulcair had the current "leadership" correct.

Reality check for you here Tigboy...
While you may have experienced some positive reactions from our resident right-wingers on some of your right-wing posts, that is by no means indicative of the support of the other 90% of the members here who are card-carrying members of NO political party. We may be right-leaning as outdoorsmen and women, but even if we agree with what a parrot saying it's still annoying if it never says anything else.
At least our resident lefties put some thought and context into their posts.

No worries chum I've got broad shoulders I just call it as I see it and if some don't like it so be it as I'm not here to win a popularity contest.

Others are skeptical. “We have stayed too narrow,” says former Harper cabinet minister Chris Alexander. “We have remained a kind of party in the midst of a hangover after a fairly crushing defeat in 2015. And while there have been a few half-serious attempts to push things to open the door and in a new direction, they haven’t yet borne fruit. So I don’t think it’s a party that fully reflects — in its membership, its idea or its debate — the national conversation that Canadians want to have. And that’s what you need to be to win.
