What drama! Seen it before. Poster with over-inflated opinion of himself announces departure. Some wish him farewell, fond and otherwise, while others appeal for him to stay. Two things happen. When he has the inevitable change of heart he does a Sally Field....
...or he rejoins under a new name and it takes about a week before everyone figures out who it is.
