That’s pretty much the case. We are still going after coyotes. They are raising Cain with area farmers stock and pets. We just stay away from each other and drive our own vehicles.

That's pretty much what they are saying .
It was already a rule not to be with anyone that is not in your home.
Also heard there are limits to where you can travel within your region is what I am hearing.
Think you must stay within your community .

At the end of the day, how can they enforce it?
During our quick meeting, and discussion about "business as usual starting Thursday". Ok, great we wont be getting laid off (yet), but how or why would people come in, and if they do come in. What do they say if stopped/pulled over. I'm going to to get a loan? We have also been told in no uncertain terms doors close on time. Not 1 minute later.
Back to the spring and cottage debates. Ok, that would apparently land people in hot water this time around.
Barricades on the 400, 401, 115, 427? On the other hand, how hard would it be or been to use RIDE? It's been successful deterring people for 40 years....
In Australia, while I don't agree with blanket draconian measures. One thing they do seem to be getting right is surgically addressing problem/problem areas. They have stats and are publicizing them apparently on just who/what/where there's outbreaks.

Has too much time on their hands
I don't interpret that the same way as everyone else but hopefully I'm wrong.
That says you are to stay at home unless you're out to get groceries or meds, or a medical appointment, essential work, etc. You're still allowed to go OUTSIDE but you aren't supposed to be going anywhere. It says "time outdoors", not "time in the outdoors".
Time in the outdoors would imply travelling to a location to enjoy the outdoors, which would defeat the purpose of a "stay at home order".
I have no idea what can or can't be legally enforced, but that's the way it reads. Other countries had lockdowns where people weren't even allowed to go out for a walk, is that what they're creeping up on here?
Edit: The language on gatherings says "organized", what does that mean exactly?

Your allowed to take your dog for a run or a walk, if he has constipation the walk is a long one, if he has diarrhea its a short one.

If I’m not mistaken, eventually they said. Outdoor activities were fine.
They just closed access to most. So some were able to go Turkey hunting, but not camp on crown land or launch boats or hike on public trails/CAs
Other than having to wear a mask, this doesn’t appear to be all that different.

My gut feeling is that they are empowering regional police and bylaw so that they can break and ticket large gathering and have a rule they can point to. They are not going to be patrolling rural farm laneways looking for bunny hunters.......
