That is actually a huge problem in Canada today. Historians are going to look back on the 2000's as the post-democratic society. Where people still vote, but they are not intelligent to vote for what is good for the country, for the society they live in. And at that point, the government will take over and tell the people how to vote... and will tell them what they are voting for is good for them. When you see voters being bribed with their own (and their children and grandchildren's money), it's pretty safe to say that this has already arrived.

It's sad when voters can be fooled into 'Sunny ways' over Economic Stability.

As I see it through my eyes and hear with my ears , many people, if not a majority do believe whatever they hear and see on CBC or hear from the government as being 100% true and to deviate from what you are being spoonfed would be wrong.
Government must always be questioned on what they are thinking and doing, and must answer to the people or be removed from power. This question period farce we have in parliament is like a preschool gathering with nothing being answered that applies to the questions asked.
Government should be afraid of The People........The People should not be afraid of their Government like in a communist regime or dictatorship.

Totally agree as well the Liberals have gone as far as stating that if you don't agree with them you are either a racist or anti everything.
You are not allowed to think for yourself. Trudeau pretty much forbids it.

Has too much time on their hands
I will always be proud of my Military career and make reference to service of country, because I did something for the country. To call people sheeple is a term, noun - person-place or thing. It is defined under Merriam Webster as word:
"Merriam-Webster Adds 'Sheeple' As An Official Word Sheeple are people who are docile, compliant or easily influenced". "Apple has debuted a battery case for the juice-sucking iPhone, an ungainly lumpy case the sheeple will happily shell out $99 for."
And it fits for those who willing give up the freedoms and rights our forefathers and veterans gave their lives for to create. Personally - I have thick skin and have no issues with those who disparage my service - your right to your opinion and your choice is something I support. If I was offended by words - well...I would be you, which I am not.
I don't have to respect your beliefs, I have to respect your right to hold those beliefs. The beliefs themselves command no inherent respect.
Free speech is exactly that, including speech that hurts your feelings - Incitement to violence is not free speech, neither direct threat to harm someone (criminal). Section 2b of charter states we have free expression, but we do not have that expression - we controlled expression through threat of violence from government for what they deem "hate" speech or words.
What I have chosen to do is try and wake the "sheeple" to those rights, those historical meanings and sacrifices to help them come out their slumber to rights and freedoms. Will we ever form a majority - I hope so - time will tell. The fact that we ran 118 candidates in the 2018 election a testament to the knowledge of the party existing, despite mainstream media deliberately suppressing that incredible achievement politically in Ontario.

Again, this is why I am libertarian, because I realized I had no right to remove politicians with re-call legislation, no democratic/legal process to exercise the will of the people between elections. Government should fear the people who they represent - not the other way away around like is right now.

You ran in more ridings but won a smaller percentage (0.75%) of the electorate than in 2014 when you ran 74 candidates and took 0.81%. Seems to be going in the wrong direction for you.

Agreed, however - people were mad at Wynne, and wanted her out..and we got Ford. As with every election getting through the noise of media, takes money. We ran that election budget with $35,000 dollars. The COns got 4.3 million, libs 6.3 million in public funding to outbuy us..we got zero.
