Covid Vaccine Confirmation Form
Here is a pic of the Confirmation form you 'must' sign to get the vaccine from Pfizer...
Think about what rights you're 'waiving ' by signing that you knew but are still agreeing to take the shot.
How many people who sign this will have talked to their Dr. before they go in for the shot.
Notice how many 'unknowns' are mentioned !!
I have a weak immune system from an illness or therapy, or an autoimmune
condition.
It is not know if immunocompromised persons will get full protection from the
vaccine,
or if it is safe, as it has not been studied in persons with these conditions.

I think a document with typos peeses me off more than anything, lol.
Here's the part I fully understand now; it is estimated that more than 10 percent of the population has an auto immune issue and they didn't even check it out. "Check the box and sign the form sir, it'll all work out."

Has too much time on their hands
This presents another problem when consenting to take the vaccine - many refuse to sign off because of the unknown issues, many healthcare professionals are refusing to be the one signing for the form under the COVID Strike Teams sent out into public and private nursing/retirement homes asking the Directors of Care to sign off ministry packages and forms - this make the person who signs accountable from a certification of vaccine checklist and would be ultimately liable (when no one else is), doctors and health staff not happy with the form - as it does not give exemptions to those who sign off, just the government and vaccine maker.
It is a real problem for some - liability.

Unless they will guarantee me the second shot on time in the 21 days or less that the manufacture states I will not get the shot.
I will wait until it is done correctly, For some reason Quebec thinks Pfizer is wrong and wants to rewrite the instruction manual, I think BC id doing the same.
Health Canada is also suggesting it. I hope Pfizer stops shipments if the government refuses to follow the instructions.

Why would they stop shipping? They are making money they won't stop shipping it lol.
Even Ontario is doing it they now say they will try 42 days after the first shot. The only thing they have said is that it has not been tested so basically the government is determined to play chicken with our egg's.
Some say 42 days is pushing it but should still be effective . They have no clue but the people taking it will be the study subjects . If it works it works.
The government said if everyone gets the vaccine this fall will be covid Free. More jokes.
They better not let their guard down to much.

Trudeau is the biggest failure of any person I have ever heard of. Personally if that was me I would hang my head in shame and resign and dissolve the Liberal government for Life. Trudeau is nothing but a Scheming little corrupt thief with no honour, at least the Mafia has honour. He is a failed drama teacher who is nothing but a racist and and has treated women worse then anyone I have ever known..
