Default Spring Bear season won't be expanded to include 78A

I sent an inquiry to MNRF about whether 78A, or other WMU's not historically included in the spring bear hunt, might be added since the full spring season is being reinstated and I've had bears on my trail cams for the past few years, but nope. I even mentioned this: https://thebrockvoice.com/2019/07/04...ar-encounters/

Yes, you posted this link last year. I guess it's going to take something severe before MNRF eyes and ears open to reality. Bears strolling about town doesn't appear to be enough. It's no epidemic but the option should be put in place in a proactive manner versus a reactive one.

I was wandering when will be hunting season open there, in that area there is plenty of food corn wheat alfa .
As a Bear hunter I think that this southern Farmland can support more bears than north wilderness ,
sooner or lather will need a Bear hunting season here ...
There is a good population around this area. Small but it's growing over the past few years.
