Lot of crap, many people in my family are Masons My Dad is inactive these days, his brother my Uncle is an Active member, my Dad's father my Grandfather was a very active member as well as a member of the Shriner's and my Mother's Father my Grandfather was also very active. My Great Grandfathers were also Masons, my youngest brother might be a Mason not sure but I herd he was, I have thought about joining the Masons and have discussed it many times, but decided at this point it wasn't for me.

Masons are pretty much harmless but watch out for those damn Shriners. They are the shock troops of Freemasonry. Waving big swords, driving those little cars, marching through the streets. World domination is on their agenda after they finish building children's hospitals. LOL.

Good one B. I don't know if everyone is aware , but you must be a Mason first, before you can become a Shriner. All Shriners are Masons. Had both in our family. I could not be ...... as you have to acknowledge that a 'supreme being', is in charge .... I would not... A Mason can be of any religion. Atheists need not apply.

Like most elite troops Shriners have initiation rituals that vary from unit to unit. It takes a man to be a Shiner. Not everyone has what it takes to wear the red fez. Wimps need not apply.
