"Frabill" clamp on boat seat/old=anybody here have one?

Hey guys-been off the forum for a while, but thought this might be a good place to look. I had once of these a long time ago, moved from house-to-house, never had a need to use it. Can't find it now, which leads me to believe I may have tossed it. Anyhow, these were small, steel framed, the back folded forward, etc. Have an upcoming trip where one of these might come in awfully handy-do any of you have one, or, know where I could pick one up? Did a Google image search, looked like this...even the colour;

Look up "stadium seat" they are really similar, me and my dad used to take them for sitting on the bleachers at Sunset speedway. You could probably make it work. Looks like home depot and Walmart sell hard framed ones.
