This is the phone Number I use to Call the CFO in Ontario, best to call as early as possible they open at 9:00.
It can't hurt to call. I call them every time I renew and every time I bought a restricted.

Cheer up, I've been given to understand that some indigenous groups are still awaiting settlements on land-claim treaties that were initiated decades ago.
