I would do a bulk order but most of their items are out of stock due to covid and supply issues. I cannot get the wads/hulls I use within Ontario but I was ordering ammo prior to may 27th.
Canpar ending shipping of anything gun related does not help either.

My last were 20ga sabots ordered in province and 308 trophy coppers from BC. It was likely close to 2 months ago and can't remember specifics but I think the ammo coming from BC was a better deal but I split the shipping with a buddy that wanted me to order him a few boxes to.

It was with UPS. There was no other option.
Last I heard Canpar was having issues but I did not keep up on it. Anyone know what the deal is? Is shipping ammo now through the roof in Canada?
In 2020 I ordered in 2 bags of 50, once fired 10 gauge 3 1/2" hulls from my Ballistic Products distributor in Alberta the shipping was only $22.00, he used Canpar. I believe he said a while back, he has gotten no resistance from Canpar

Anything I ordered in the past was (I believe) shipped Canpar as well. But they rather abruptly announced on May 27th that they would no longer be shipping ammunition, firearms or gun parts. I remember the news, but at the time parties affected/involved mentioned hope for some sort of a "resolution" and it dropped off my radar.
There was a time when BP used to ship across the border, before the laws changed and the guy in Alberta got distribution rights. Then for a while he was the sole distributor for all of Canada, which I guess caused some issues. That has since changed, but with everything going on... supply is a problem. BP itself is just a vendor, and most of their stuff comes from across the pond. Then there is the component/ammo stockpiling in the states and...
It's August and I just want new ammo to look at and components to play with damnit!

Hey if anyone is looking for 12 gauge 3.5 inch hulls mostly. They can have them for free. Well in the Ottawa area.
