I can relate, 20ish years ago i had my wisdom teeth yanked and was perscribed ty3. Later that night i smoked and the high lasted 3 or more days. Not a nice feeling when your not sure if your ever gonna get back to normal. scary! I dont think i have had ty3 since and weed only a handful of times.

Good to hear you made it out fine so we can chuckle about it a bit haha. As a fourth year nursing student I can tell you this. You were in no danger of OD. However panic attacks aren't uncommon in people with low tolerance taking high doses.
THC is also a stimulant which would explain the elevated BP and HR paired with the panic attack. Especially if you already have hypertension.

Pairing the T3 with the THC Would have no serious negative effects. Codeine is an opioid, which means it's a respiratory depressant (slows breathing). This is antagonistic to the stimulant affect of the THC so it's fine. Basically. Depressant + depressant = bad. If you took Alcohol with that T3 that'd be TERRIBLE. The tylenol does a number on your liver and so does the alcohol. The depressant affect of Alcohol can also add on to the depressant affect of the Codeine. People have died from liver failure taking T3s with Alcohol.

More or less what the paramedics said. No underlying hypertension per say my normal is 120/70 and normal resting HR is 55. I think stupid high dose plus no experience plus I think perhaps physiologically maybe I have a THC sensitivity. All together it resulted in a cluster #$@&. Did have some whiskey (2 doubles) but that was 4 hours prior so don't think it affected things too much.

As a real old timer I read these posts talking about dope - I just shake my head - how did we old timers who grew up in the 50s manage to survive -

Considering you grew up in one of the richest countries in the World at a time of high productivity I think you did not have it so bad.

The fact you got lucky as to where you were born and when seems to have passed over your head, you might want to read and consider the plight of folks around the world who were not so LUCKY where they were born.

im glad you are coming to and learned a valuable lesson in mixing substances.
the truth about weed is that it can do all sorts of crazy things to your mind, especially when mixed with something else.
heck, even a strong brownie can cause one to think they are having a near death experience and that this really is the end... i know that from... uh... a friend.
