I tend to agree with you…..lots of “supposin’” going on….!

a good example of 'wishy washy' language from a 'scientific' source...
Severity
— It's not currently known whether Omicron carries a higher or lower risk of severe illness or death.
— Some of the current COVID-19 treatments may be less effective against Omicron than against other variants.
— Larger numbers of cases could impact health-care capacity. If it's assumed Omicron is three times more transmissible than Delta and becomes the dominant strain, the federal modelling has suggested the number of daily cases in Canada could explode to 26,600 by mid-January from about 3,300 currently.
Immunity
— Being fully vaccinated and then getting a booster shot is expected to reasonably protect against infection and likely offers strong protection against severe illness.

I really don't see anything 'wishy washy' about the statements.
Seems like reasonable hypothesis for an ever evolving scientific problem.
Hence the prepare for the worst outcome and hope for the best or do nothing and deal with a severe outcome in an emergency or unprepared state.

You mean scientific experiment on the world. Yeah you are ok with using the children that have little to no risk of having severe symptoms or deaths.
Even if the cdc says it's not stopping transmission in October.
You are OK with giving everyone experimental jabs on assumptions that it's gong to work. You are ok with people loosing their jobs because the assumption is that it's for the better. Its OK they had a choice feed their family or don't look for a new job because you know the unvaccinated will effect how a vaccinated person's vaccine work.
It's for the better right ?
Jab them a few more times see what happens I guess now your 2 dose is 3 that will turn into 4th but keep pushing this experiment because it's working so well at stopping the transmission of this virus.

Exactly. This new "variant" is just a cover up for the mind blowing ineffectiveness of the mRNA shot. They have to start scaring people again just as a new booster rolls out...
Look at the NFL, NBA, and NHL -- professional sports leagues with some of the healthiest people in the world, are each seeing massive covid outbreaks despite vaccination rates over 95%. But somehow increasing vaccination is supposed to end covid? lol

From states Canada
Excess deaths from covid 19 from March 2020 to June 2021 the age group from 0 to 44 had a rate 0.44 per [emoji817] thousand under a hundred deaths reported during that time.
Same age group same time opioid deaths rose 41 percent to 11. something per 100 thousand.

The question then is ..the 'best' for us or them. Seems Health Canada/Ontario are really enjoying their 'emergency' powers and not keen on letting go of them all to soon.
