    Default Rapid Test Hysteria

Watching CTV news at noon and they have a clip showing a line up for a Rapid Test in Ottawa...it was a couple of km's long. It started at 4:00 am. At 8:00, they were told the test didn't show up , so they gave them a bracelet and told them to come back later. So they did and stood in line again.

I don't get it..why are so many people willing to stand in line on a dark and cold Dec morning for 4-5 hrs. Is it just to get a kit to test for yourself. Or is it to prove you're not infected...is it now required instead of the QR code... ??

    Very odd behavior....

Yeah maybe they all feel sick ? Or they are trying to make a living from selling them? why do we need so many tests ?

We are going on 3 years and I haven't been tested yet . It does seem strange to boot they all waited for nothing.

I went to a test centre way back when they first started testing, I was sick and had all the Covid symptoms. They wouldn't test me, because I couldn't tell them if I was in contact with someone who had tested positive and I hadn't been traveling.

I had a discussion with the Dr. doing the questions and it soon became apparent that the whole testing exercise was nothing to do with your health, but simply a way to collect data. That is also when I realized that we were being had

I suspect that is what this latest fiasco is all about...just a way for health Ontario to collect data at the expense of people who are gullible enough to stand in the cold for 5 hrs to provide them with it. ..

The vast majority of people do not agree with your ideas about conspiracy and corruption being the basis of the whole pandemic.
I have a question for you and I am not trolling. I am truly curious.
What is it that makes you guys recognize this charade while the majority does not?
What is going on in your brain that is not happening in the vast majority of other people?
Professional health care workers almost overwhelmingly support the mainstream story of the pandemic. These people have at least average intelligence, and with out doubt, more knowledge about health issues than you and I. The rest of the population also accepts the mainstream concepts about the pandemic.
What makes you guys special so that you see this situation and the rest of us don't?
You must have asked yourselves this question many, many times. What did you come up with?

I POSTED THIS SUGGESTION ON YET ANOTHER OF MIKE'S VAST NUMBER OF CONSPIRACY THREADS.

Why are citizens not FREE to make their own choices about their health, their concern for loved one's, for their neighbors and friends.

If these citizens want to wait outside for a test or a test kit or what ever, what difference does it make to the rest of us.

What I am seeing by commentators on this forum is a kinda arrogance, they are smarter than scientists, smarter than Doctors and researchers. I think you should consider your fellow citizens to be just as smart as you.

Actually, I wasn't talking to you Gilroy. I really want to hear what Mike and the others have to say about this.

    haha.

Yes why wait 5 hours for a test kit when you can make appt in a clinic and walk in and get tested right away.

The nuttiness to acquire rapid tests doesn't make any sense to me either. Tests should be provided to those who need them for work or school or those visiting vulnerable populations in retirement homes, long term care facilities, hospitals, etc. I have no interest in being tested unless required for travel or should I happen to show symptoms. Otherwise the only thing going up my nose is my finger.

I agree. It doesn't matter which side of the debate you are on, why spend hours in line for a test kit that is known to give false results?
