The test is only 58% accurate on asymptomatic people and 72% with symptoms so what is the real value?

I know of someone showing symptoms of covid few days ago. Did a rapid test and said negative. Today they feel even worse, Went to the hospital and are now positive.

Entire family likely infected now as they weren't worried after negative rapid test...quarantine Xmas now

I think that will be a common story here on in...people counting on the rapid test results to say their OK to gather. Like the quote I posted earlier, the test results are wrought with problems and not to be taken verbatim.

But I find it interesting how some can pick and choose what data or information or news story they follow, just because it fits their narrative.

I more amazed at how many people don't even read or understand the data. They've never questioned it...but then, that's something the Government counts on.

Ontarians who resell rapid antigen COVID-19 test kits could be fined

Ontarians who resell rapid antigen COVID-19 test kits may be fined for doing so.

Government and Consumer Services Minister Ross Romano says reselling the kits is considered a breach of government emergency orders that prohibit charging unfair prices for necessary goods.

He says the government is working to "identify, track down, and fine" businesses or individuals who break the rules.

Fines range from $750 to $100,000 for individuals, up to $500,000 for company directors and up to $10 million for corporations.

Romano says 900 "egregious" complaints about rapid test resales have been referred to police forces.

What is an unfair price...?

Are the test kits deemed neccassry (essential) ? I don't think so, they are not PPE nor valid as proff of being negative for travel etc.

I don't think the boxes are marked 'not for resale'...

Gotta figure....a guy rolls by, after you've stood in line for 3 hrs with no end in sight and pops the trunk lid ..you bet 8/10 will pay him a 'fair' price for a kit. HaHa..

Some people spent 6hrs in line waiting for rapid test kits today.
I'd think a fair price for that would be over $200.

It's takes a pretty good imagination to consider a rapid test kit 'essential'.
Then again, beer and liquor was considered essential too.

There are many millions of healthcare workers that support the vaccine, and understand the severity of the virus.
Millions vs. thousands ... think about that. For sure the few health workers that are reluctant to get the vaccine are the minority.

Yea sure, and how many of them would have voluntarily taken the jab if they weren't coerced into taking it from the threat of job loss? Or does that not enter into your thinking? The reason those many thousands have refused is because they are aware of the side effects and don't believe government spin like you do.
