Having the same employer for life is not a right. Employers have rights don’t they? Why do you see things from only one perspective.

I already told you...if you have a contract with your employer..like in a Union or with the Government, they cannot arbitrarily change your terms of service. They don't have that right.

I believe there is always a loophole for unforeseen circumstances. This is where it can be changed. Not all contracts, government or union are concrete.

Yes, if vaccines were made mandatory, thus law, then it would negate your terms of service in the contract. However, as long as vaccination is still voluntary, they can't fire you.

Have you not read the numerous articles from legal firms that have been put out on this matter since this issue has come up ??

    sample:
In Canada, an employer can’t automatically impose a vaccine mandate for non-unionized employees. Any policy that attempts to force employees to fully vaccinate against COVID-19 may be illegal due to discrimination based on perceived disability, and a violation of their human rights.

A company’s policy on vaccinations may be considered legal if the government that regulates the workplace (provincial or federal) mandates vaccinations for that particular workplace or sector of employment.

Unless vaccinations are mandated by government, it is illegal for a company to fire an employee for cause if they refuse to get fully vaccinated against COVID-19. That said, you can’t physically prevent your employer from ending your employment relationship. If that happens, the company may owe you monetary damages.

An employer may face a claim for wrongful dismissal from a worker if they are let go without the proper amount of severance pay – up to 24 months’ pay – or no severance package at all. The company may also face reinstatement and human rights claims for terminating or letting an employee go in this case.

If your retired and given notice to vaccinate or lose your pension, is that a choice or coercion?

Lots to argue it's not just one perspective like a third of the vaccinated had the same viral load as the unvaccinated . Why do you need to wear a mask once vaccinated ? Where is the evidence that shows everyone needs to be vaccinated do they want everyone vaccinated because they know it's not working like they say it is. Why did they change the immunity standards after giving out the vaccine? How you mandate something personal based on assumptions from a ceo aka the union without evidence?

Especially on an experimental vaccine that we know nothing of besides the last clinical trials that said work needed to be done before it was safe for humans and put into the public.

Why are we injecting young healthy people that evidence shows has little risk to them . Then inject them all to collect the data we won't know how safe it is until we do said the fda.

Why if your recovered from the virus you are expected to take an experimental vaccine just because of mandates?

Why the push on this ? That right there raises some red flags. Why did this deadly virus create a "opportunity" again the only opportunity would be to better the health care system that was completely ignored.

So,here we have emerging data from foreign countries with all the indications that the remaining Covid sub virus is no worse than the common cold, but, instead of standing up and stating that and staying the steady course by toning the hysteria, our governments decide to double down on the hysteria with lock downs and more "boosters". Even the most drug-addled,wing nut Hollywood script writer couldn't dream this shyte up.
If a tree falls on your ex in the woods and nobody hears it,you should probably still get rid of your chainsaw. Just sayin'....

Honestly I’m unaware of this being possible. Is this a thing? I would assume, once you are retired your services are complete and pension is coming regardless.
