Every party has the same core, they only look different on the outside. The real sad thing is the hopefuls that believe getting rid of the liberals will be better than sliced bread. In the end, this same kind of thread will pop up next election about another government. It’s cyclical, always has been, hopefully one day it will change.

Has too much time on their hands
CCFR did a nice job preparing a pamplet on the lies, corruption etc., but just like Mao and Stalin though there are the dedicated followers of Justlied Trudeau sadly though.

D DAY PEOPLE> EVERY VOTE COUNTS.
I'm sorry but PPC ... maybe it's the party you think has the best values ... but they'll only help the liberals win, by taking votes away from CPC.
Get behind the CPC, let's take down these Liberal criminals!

Incompetence! I mean the whole procurement process in Canada is always fubar but even more so since 2016, Canada is so screwed!
https://nationalpost.com/opinion/mat...itary-sidearms
In 2016, the government tried again. The proposed budget was between $50- and $100-million. The “anticipated timeline” for the delivery of the new pistols was somewhere between 2026 and 2036 — 10 to 20 years out! To be clear: with a budget of up to $100 million, the Canadian government anticipated needing as much as 20 years to do something the British did in two years for under $15 million.
$50,000,000 and the article mentions how many but lets boost it up to 30,000 to include spares... over $1,600 per handgun, ASSuming it stayed at the $50,000,000 budget and not the $100,000,000
The Canadian military is just an organization that works it's best, BEST AT BEING INCOMPETENT! Over and over they just keep finding new ways to get worse.
*Note: not aimed at the actual soldiers, only policy and decision makers, think sending soldiers to Afghanistan in jungle camo.

I was in the Military procurement process in the later phases of my career (PMO LAV and PMO LLAD) . I will categorically say it is NOT the Military side of the process wherein the problem lies. It's in the PWGSC (Public works). They are forced to inject the Federal Government into the process, they control the money.
The military tells PWGSC what they want and provides the specs. After that, who wins the contact is largely due to politics. The short of it, if your factory is in Canada, owned by a woman, indigenous or visible minority, in a riding that is in favour with the sitting government, your bid jumps to the head of the queue. There are all sorts of trade issues (or deals) the feds have made so they trump actually getting the best kit into the hands of the soldier in the field ...the lowest bidder, that has the most political boxes checked off ..wins.
Even with direct buy COTS (Commercial Off the Shelve) equipment (like these pistols) , the contracts have a lot of extra logistical costs, like training, manuals (in both official languages), spare parts and long-term support contracts that get tacked on to the original buy. That balloons to doubling and even tripling the contract cost in some cases.
It's a heck of a process and takes years in most cases to finally get the equipment delivered. I have worked with guys who were on projects for 4 yrs and were still years away from feilding the kit.
