I do believe that the source of all our problems can be found in the title of this thread with the single word "EVIL"

That becomes the case in a world that is in an over population crisis, and government fear to take steps to regulate population numbers by imposing limits on procreations, instead they offer tax deduction for the number of children you can produce and child tax benefits to encourage people to have more children. Yes here, in the western hemisphere, some nations have birth rates that are very low, but across the world that is not the case, so the human surplus continues, and life keeps getting cheaper. It appears if you can enjoy global trade, then it seems to have open the door to the notion you can also get to enjoy world migration and immigration. JMHO
