What according to you and Trudeau? The court order is from Feb.16 I'm sure if there was an issue with hot tubs and bouncy castles being illegal it would be in there, same for the trucks which specifically addresses horns so the court is well aware they are there. So why don't you tell us what exactly is illegal about them? An occupation? I'm sure they'd rather be at home in the hot tub but your buddy Trudeau won't even speak with them.

Quite simply, they’re blocking traffic. I’m no expert, but I’d bet it’s illegal to block roadways for 3 weeks.
We can debate this until we’re blue in the face, but the courts will decide in the end.

They aren't blocking traffic one lane is open, again why isn't it addressed in the court order?

Blocking any lanes, is still blocking traffic and I believe an offence. I don’t think the charter covers that.

Are you saying that a court that adjudicated the Charter can't adjudicate the HTA or are you saying that they had a Charter right to peacefully assemble in the laneway?

I don’t think your charter rights include your vehicle. You can personally protest, but I think your vehicle can’t be protected under the charter. The HTA should be enforced.

So this is acceptable enforcement of the HTA?

No, now the police are enforcing the emergencies act. Protesters were given plenty of warnings to leave. I have no sympathy for their stubborn stupidity. The police of Ottawa were made to look like fools due to intimidation by the mob every time they tried to do their job. The police chief was either complicit or afraid. Now that he is gone, and Ottawa has the resources to deal with such a crowd, we are seeing results in ending this illegal occupation.
