Has too much time on their hands
Baikal has or had offerings in things like .30-06 & 12ga, etc., but believe me when I say that its best to go to a higher quality continental (German, etc.) gun. Those Baikals have poor barrel regulation and carry like a section of railway tie. You'll be disappointed and frustrated.
My Sauer 16ga over .30-30 weighs 6.5 lbs. and is more accurate than my eyes are.

Lots of combos out there but getting a North American caliber over a 410 would be a bit of a unicorn. Because the guns are popular in Europe, they tend to have euro caliber chamberings. Nothing wrong with them at all as long as you are willing to look for ammo. My Dad has a Zoli 6.5x55 over 20ga and its a nice set up. It was a tradeex special.

Ya, a lot of 22HP, which is a pain in the butt to get bullets for, a few 7x57R listed right now though, also a few Tikka 12ga over 222 Rem, that would be a nice coyote gun.

Hello. I’d like to throw in my 2 cents into this whole discussion. Carrying two guns rather than one combination gun is a valid option. I usually hunt deer and bears. The rifle I use for hunting deer is the Winchester 70u. Another gun that’s always by my side me is the 10mm. I used to carry it in a chest holster, but the straps and holster interfered with my other equipment. I bought a knee holster on ballachy.com, which is much more comfortable.

Is it legal to carry two firearms while hunting?
Also, if you're carrying your grouse gun and a moose pops up, you may be very slow to shift from one gun to another.

It is legal in Ontario if both the guns are legal for the seasons open. You cannot bring a shotgun for fall turkey and a bow for deer during a bow only deer hunt.
You cannot have 2 guns with you either if you have an apprentice.
If a moose pops up and you have your 410 in hand for grouse you are probably not going to get a shot at that moose.
