This is precisely the kind of garbage that people are referring to.

YOU as a posting member overload the forums with Youtube links, and CCFR links, providing a very narrow narrative. Toeing the line ever so carefully around the rules, and stepping over them repeatedly crying "mea culpa" when you're called out. You passive aggressively insult any viewpoint that might run contrary to yours. But then refuse to actually engage in much discussion about the outdoors, fishing, or hunting.

You make baseless assertions as to what occurs when threads are locked / deleted, and infractions given.....might surprise you to know how many chances lots of users are given......but that wouldn't preclude you from making thinly veiled suggestions that admins or mods are communists or Nazis....

And people wonder why the forums are seeing a downturn in participation and traffic......

As I said, there are those that have a disdain or even hate facts, the tone shows the empirical proof that there are those that only want to listen to the viewpoints that represent themselves and not learn or be informed. A completely irrational and unrepresentative response to what I said also. The reason I see posted people are turning away is the leftist propaganda and misrepresentation of reality. When I post a youtube video as a video rather than a link it for the most part will have something to do with the topic. The lawyer Ian Runkle for example has many youtube post but I only post those relevant to firearms .

My assertions are also based on facts, as I said in this thread several times, I had one admin send me a "good post" message, while another deleted the same post, the first admin said

I didn't want to start a fight on the topic of censorship and the admins arbitrary and seemingly prejudiced actions, but I didn't start this thread and the result I would like to see is admins have to have a second person with a clear criteria required for approval to delete or lock threads. All admins are being grouped in by many as being left leaning ******** and that isn't fair to the ones that care about fair and open debates and discussions.

This -in my mind-is between the Forum and the members. Many displeasure was presented in the past about how things are happening ,and not just in this thread.
Why we do not ask them?

I spend some time tomorrow ,to see what " I "would recommend to change-on the existing rules(as from the link posted above).
But-i am nobody here...so i am not sure if my work will bear any fruit.

Meanwhile- as a token of good will : it would be good to consider to address perhaps the many complaints about heavy handing many posts?
I would see perhaps to review within the decision making chain the "consictency" + "bias" + (especially my concern)moderators active involvement in threads by taking sides, and/or making comments about certain topics/individuals).

You see-to me ,being a representatives of this forum is almost like a jury in court-should be "neutral" in the topic.

So let me try an clarify as to encourage posts that are more forum friendly and aleve ones fear of posting.
The posts were reported by a member which triggered a review.
With 1 mod on leave and another absent only 1 mod was left to review the post and yes found them questionable however benign enough not to warrant immediate action.
When admin became available the posts were reviewed more closely

Although the first part of the post was well formated you concluded with the statemnt towards the member that in essence is quite condescening and as such fell under the bullying provision which as stated will not be tolerated.

You claim this post was "a joke made directed at nobody in particular." is not exactly truthful
your almost direct quote from the OP's comment indicates you directed the comment towards them and was found to be ment in an antagonastic way, considering your past interactions with the OP it was determend to be meant as a personal attack.

So hopfully you can see who was effected by the negative aspects of your post and understand that a good post is knowiing where to stop before the hurtful part starts.

I tire of members who have been on here forever, who were originally banned from the Off Topic section for repeated disrupting behaviour, harping about being ill treated when we're repeatedly reviewing Reported Posts complaining about their "on the line" behaviour. I'm also tired of the pithy, follow-up "why" emails, and subsequent petty follow-up behaviour. Let's be adults and problem solve like adults.

If there's a complaint that the MODS are too left-leaning, why do right-leaning MODS never volunteer?
If there's a complaint that there aren't enough hunting/fishing posts, then [I]start posting them.[I] I reiterate to anyone who's tired of the Off Topic section, we can amend your account so you don't see it.
If there's a complaint about a particular member, there's an Ignore function that will take care of that problem for you.
