I'm afraid one day it'll be cheese. For now its just a food I can't eat too much. Wife makes this spinach dip in a bread bowl that if I'm not careful has me paying the price the next morning. Every year seems that limit gets lower and lower.

Poutine with lot's and lot's of salt. I love salt but have cut back over the years from using 12 of the little salt packs to just 4.
Once when I asked the chip truck for a dozen salt packs the lady said that much salt isn't healthy so I said well your not my Mother or my Wife and therefore it doesn't matter.

That’s what I’m talking about….use to be like that at Thornloe cheese but new owners mass produce where it’s old and not squeaky anymore.
But there’s a Quebec outfit that brings us fresh stuff once a week. Mmmm.

Thornloe had one of the best cheesemakers I have ever met working for them. He was a customer at first but became a good friend. I am a boiler mechanic so we have always serviced the boilers and steam systems wherever he was operating. He left Thornloe and the quality went with him. Those cheese curds were his doing at Thornloe and they were some of the best I have ever had.

Yes we used to stop there on every trip, one cheese curd bag for me and one for my wife and daughter. haha
Yes it’s too bad, they really had something going.
I don't stop anymore, I was disappointed too many times.
