    I used a 1/4 plywood 3/4 x 3 in for the frame for both cooler ,
    for the big one I made stronger bottom from used skid .
    I guess can be made riveted from aluminium ,
    like a Airstream trailer .
    Ice is lasting 2 weeks and more .

    I wonder maybe if you used 1/4 inch plywood and and the frame with 1X1/2 strapping, looks like you used 1x3 and 3/8 inch for the plywood..
