I used a Canon Powershot photo off my computer file. The RCMP didn't accept it because it wasn't "definitive" enough. It was OK the last time. Go figure.

I renewed online using a photo taken with my cell. Received the card 30 days later in the mail. I was expecting it to take much longer.

Renewed online on 2 Nov. PAL. Still waiting.

COYHUNTER, you sure are the unlucky one. mine took like 4 weeks and I used my cell phone. If they cashed your cheque or whatever, I'd call them and make sure you can prove you paid then do what they tell you to do. Shouldn't have to pay twice.
