Why do we complain about the Liberal's gun control rules but embrace the Liberal's policy on recreational drugs.

Legal or not recreational marijuana use (not medicinal) is a display of lack of self control, its a gateway drug, and makes Canada look soft in the eyes of the world.

GW to drugs when its classified as illegal drug and kids have to buy it from a dealer, who also deals Grade A drugs ... after offering the kid everytime, he/she might try it once ... its like me trying coke cherry flavour, even though I dont like cherry ... its from a trusted brand, coke ..

if u buy it legally from a store, its no different than alcohol. u might get higher or lower potency, but u wont be exposed to other drugs.

Oh boy "gateway drug" that's one I haven't heard in a long time, and I'm a millennial. Everyone is welcome to their own opinions on the consumption of intoxicating substances however we have enough research now to be able to put to bed such myths as the "gateway drug".

I have had the opportunity to meet a few crack heads, they all smoke weed.

I have never met a true leader of men who smokes pot.

    Agree.

Then again, I don't really drink alcohol much either.

Great anecdote, but your personal experience doesn't settle the matter. The idea you are presenting is a holdover from the "war on drugs" era which......did not end well. Basically started by Nixon in order to make breaking up opposing political parties easier. If you want to educate yourself there are plenty of resources. If you don't, we'll no skin off my back I love good bit of comedy even if it is unintentional.

Also how many "true leaders of men" have you actually met? What is the criteria for an"true leader of men" beside not imbibing in the devil's lettuce?

Being overweight is a much more serious display of lack of self control but I digress, this is a hunting forum.

Clearly the same safety rules that apply to alcohol in the camp must apply to cannabis. Both are off limits until the day is done or to anyone driving home. Pretty straight forward

The war on drugs is still going on strong, as are the crack heads who break into houses. If you want any evidence as to how drugs decimate the human sole watch 'Streets of Philladeplhia - Kensington' on utube.

A true leader is the one men follow without being told to. I have worn both blue and green unforms in my life, and have met a few good leaders in my time.

I ask myself this one question - "If not me, then who"

I disagree. Bob Marley was a true leader of many.

well thats like saying having both legs leads to murder, cause most murderers have both of their legs lol

pothead and smoking put are different though, same as alcoholic and drinking socially.

but I also agree, there is no place for booze or drugs in a hunt camp with guns around.
