Excellent customer service from Garmin and Votex
Just thought I’d pass this on. I shipped a defective power head for a Striker 4 ice fishing sonar. The unit was three years old so way out of warranty. It was sent to Garmin Canada. Six days later they shipped me back a brand new unit at no cost!
Also shipped the Vortex repair center a five year old pair of Diamondback binocs that had the eyepiece lens gimbal glue break off. Seven days later Ai received a brand new pair of binocs!

Nice to hear, I just got a new set of vortex diamond backs on sale at Sail, I used to be a loyal Leupold customer but they are too hard to find and 2x the price. I will attest the quality of the made in USA Leupolds is better than the made in China vortex but the price difference with the sale on was too much to justify.
