here's one of the ugliest fish bass i've ever caught.

what`s up with the bloody face , did someone try to pierce your ear ? My dad once hooked my cousins ear lobe with a no.2 grasshopper fly while fly fishing for brook trout and he had to yank it out , at least he did`nt cry.. Good eating size bass except for your frankenbass ,i would pass on him, he looks like he was mauled by a musky!

It is hard to see but there is a treble stuck in the side of my head which was attached to a 4" crankbait. I wasn't a fan of the weight of the bait hanging off my head for a picture so we took the lure off. It happened first thing in the morning and I didn't want to waste a day of fishing going to the doctor so dad had to lock onto the hook with forceps and yank it out, and it took a good chunk of meat with the barb but we got to fish the rest of the day.
