Im currently looking for a Sako SS in .22-250. I want a 75 or 85 but I might settle for an A7. Savage 220 slug hunter after that.

Has too much time on their hands
That's a beauty there Moe. I have a soft spot for model 70's though.
I definitely don't need anything this year, but I guess that's not the point. If I buy another gun, it will likely be a big-bore lever.

I have this gun and love it. Cheap ammo, good varmit rifle accurate out to 200M 2" groups. Reload my ammo, 5rd mag. Some of the reviews are harsh on scope included with gun, but I did have to go over the scope and tighten everything down. Didn't take much to zero at 100m, rugged little gun, goes in my pack sled for snowshoeing when coyote hunting in case. No issues here a good deal.

Hey line052 thanks that seems to be in line with other reviews I have read. I am looking at it for an introductory yote rifle and general plinking and target fun as well. Cabela's has them at $349, hmmm maybe when they open up this year I might have to make a purchase.

Nice gun Moe!
Woody, I thought you didn't like 270's?
I don't know what I'm looking for right now, but I'll know it when I see it. That scares the hell out of my wife.

I was looking at and researching info on the 6.5 Creedmore last fall. Seems to be a very good shooting gun and has some great reviews. Fast, flat and accurate from what I had been reading. That said I didn't think it would have been my go to deer-moose-bear gun if I was to have one rifle for such species. Opted for a 1971 Sako Finnbear in 30-06. May take a look at the 6.5 Creedmore again this year and see if there is any funding for such a project. Was also looking for a decent 7mm-08. Looked high and low, all I found was a Kimber in this calibre @ around $1800.00.
Was talking to a friend on Saturday night who was asking the value of a BSA lever in 22lr as he want to sell the one he has. Have no knowledge or ever heard of this firearms company. Looking around the google pages is some vague info that I have found. May have to pick this up as just another show piece. Dunno?

Got my Ruger 10/22 22lr on order 6 months ago, hopefully it comes in sometime this year as I was getting ETA of 6-12 months lol. The only other thing was possibly a Sako rifle for big game hunting (if I can find the time to get out)...undecided on the caliber, any recommendations for 1 rifle for moose, deer, bear etc is 270 to small for moose?

The 270 is fine for moose and is legal down South for coyotes. Excellent 1 gun choice.
