I have been looking as well. The MNR does not off them anymore. I have yet to check, but I hear temagami might sell some. On the MNR website there is an interactive tool that has some contours. I ended up buying a garmin inland lakes map for my GPS, which has some lakes, but not all the ones I would like.

Well Northern Ontario probably has 100,000 lakes to choose from? The MNR used to issue depth contour charts for various lakes in the Sault Ste. Marie region, I have many. Depending on where you want, get in touch with the local office for that area.

Some real estate salespeople seem to have access to this info for their areas. Especially if they want to sell to fishermen.
    Check their websites....

Yeah I've also got Inland Lakes v2 and I think it's garbage. anglersatlas is probably better and it's free.
