This looks like an interesting axe. Anyone ever see or use one?

Next we need wood piles redesigned. I nominate Greatwhite to head that project.

I make 1 mistake and I never hear the end of it.

Next just like my wife your going to ask when I'm going to finish fixing the dents.

The wood Pile for 2014/2015 will be new and improved, stronger, faster, better wood but not taller.

Interesting design. I wonder though about the amount of torque on your wrists and whether you would tire quickly using the axe.

Exactly. As soon as you contact the wood, the handle rotates with a lot of force. If you have a really good grip on the handle, that's gotta hurt after a few solid hits.

Read the instructions... http://www.vipukirves.fi/puunpilkont...m#hakkuupolkky it deals with how to hold the axe, even has pictures.
I'm more interested in the chopping block.

What's wrong with the traditional axes? Seems like some peoples want to re-invent things that work just fine. Just like fishing lures, they don't just catch fish.

think there was a CBC radio interview not too long ago with that guy. I always wanted to look up a picture of that axe, but could not remember what is was called (let alone the spelling of it)...
