[QUOTE=CalTek;811849]I think the page detects your location via IP that you are using. I accessed it on my phone to see how mobile looked and it brought up Quebec. I know Rogers has servers they use from Quebec so that is what I assumed the site does.

I figured that, just thought it was funny! I haven't had much of a chance to look through it, but what I saw looked pretty good!

This is patially correct, our season has two closed controlled hunts where the regular season is closed so it shoud rean Oct -1 till Nov 2nd, Nov 10th - Nov 30, Dec 8th - Dec 31 (not sure when second controlled is?). But during the controlled hunts the regular deer season is closed and is written this way in the regs.

The site is correct, try selecting different dates like Nov 5th it gives the controlled date, then try Dec 12th it gives you Dec 8 - Dec 31 as the season date, which is correct.

I have some good news for you... I was trying to find out more about a very obscure little WMU near Ottawa and Google pointed me right to your site... I was blown away by the site and wondered why I had never heard of it before. After reading this thread and seeing you only really put the site up a few weeks ago, I can understand why.
The fact that you are getting top ranking on Google is awesome for such a new site. Good work!

Great site.
You HAVE bugs but that is always the case. Just a request... when you find the time could you add in the non-game animals you can hunt..IE crows, groundhogs. You may already know there are lots of changes in how small game is classed and handled across Canada. In Ontario and lot of other places rabbits for example have a open and closed season as well as Red Squirrels are protected. But in Alberta there is no closed season on rabbits and Red Squirrels are fair game for both resident and non-resident hunters.
Take the warning labels off. Darwin will solve the problem.
