I think 21A is one of the units they're trying to eliminate moose in to help the caribou. Almost everyone gets a tag....and if you didn't see any moose, I'd say the MNRs management plan for that unit is working well.

Another brilliant idea from the MNR. Lets wipe out one species for the "maybe" chance a caribou might return. I wonder what they think will happen to a caribou when the FN cant find a moose. POW!
