Waders
As the temps start dropping one begins to think of big steelhead.... walking into that familiar creek for the first time of the year.....arriving at a new river and gearing up, ready to feel that cold fast water around the feet, then legs... then.... dammit..... that can't be a trickle of cold water in the left foot... but it is.
Best waders on the market? Why?

What brand are you talking about.
A bad day of fishing....is not as bad as you think.

That was intended to initiate an informed exchange of opinions from other board members on what they use and why. My, ummm, sincere apologies if it seemed confusing.

Neoprene? With or without boot? Budget?
And she thinks we’re just fishin’ on the riverside, throwin’ back what we could fry. Drownin’ worms and killin’ time, nothin’ too ambitious.

I was looking for general opinions on the gear people use and why.
Example:
I, steelhead/river angler x, believe that Drake make some of the best waders on the market.
I've had mine for 4 seasons without an issue.
They're a little pricey but I hear their warranty is terrific. I recommend "product a".
You're killing me here dude. Fri is off.

Thanks mon ami. That's why I titled this thread "wader repair advice".

Hahaha! Just yanking yer chain. Ok, don't buy Can. Tire neo's. They will leak after a couple seasons. At least, mine did. Then I bought Frog Toggs whick I love, but they are leaking now too after 4 years. So I'm in the same boat. I need a new pair. Better?

But were you warm enough in the breathables? I can recall a few times that I was colder (as in WAY colder) in neo stockings than you and GB in breathables....
I've heard good things about a couple Cabela's and nothing good about RedHead Bone Dry......
And ya way better. Back on for fri.

LOL! I was certainly warm enough with my longjohn's underneath in my breathables.
And you were cold. But I've been in the same situation with you before where I was the one freezing. Now take it to PM because we are sounding like a couple of old wives LMFAO!
