.22 shells
okay... who's the wise guy buying up all the .22 shells? stopped in at my local hunting store, as i was low on shells, and all he had was low velocity winchesters... he said thats all he could get in, that everywhere was out... i was like ya right... im still waiting on the rifle he ordered me 10 years ago LOL so i logged on to cabelas, and they are all on backorder... uh oh... went to crappy tire, and all they had was low velocity remingtons... i settled on them, as remingtons do better in my .22 than winchesters, but where the heck are all the .22 shells????? ISIS buying them up? LOL
fishy steve
id rather be lost in the woods, than found in the city!

There's been a shortage in the US for awhile, and have seen reports on here of folks seeing similar in Canada.

There's a shortage as manufacturers cannot keep up with the demand. No end in sight either.

My local Walmart had about 10 boxes of Winchester 333's last I saw. Maybe I should buy them up.

I stocked up on standard velocity stuff, but a brick is what I consider stocking up.
There is very little ammunition of any kind around in a lot of stores.
I think the American's believe the world is coming to an end again.

Not so much the world itself, more their gun culture / world as they know it.
The hoarding started after Sandy Hook, when the Administration started looking at "tougher laws"
Panic spread, and shelves emptied
