As far as game farm cover goes, you won't find much better. It is what it is.
I’m suspicious of people who don't like dogs, but I trust a dog who doesn't like a person.

Has too much time on their hands
Every farm has it obvious bird spots (some guys want that) as well as the more difficult cover. Ruffwood provides both.
I enjoy the challenge of working larger pieces of good cover and Highpoint has lots of tough stuff at the back. The downside there is that if the birds flush into the big cedar swamp, you can forget about a second flush; they're gone.

Good points.Medium hard is nice but hard to provide to people.

They hold way too hard. I had to kick 4 of them fairly hard to get them to flush. Two I had to chase. I get into the grouse woods as much as I can so we can get some wild birds and he's not accustomed to birds that don't flush easy.
