    do you prefer a drop-point ?
    a clip point , a trailing point , a Nessmuck ?
    not to sure how to start a poll just curious what your opinions and tastes are
    wood handle ?
    synthetic ?
    exotic ? sheep horn , elk stag , cape buffalo , bone ?
    and length , overall.......

    A perfect hunting knife would never get dull no matter how much bone I hit.... Since I don't own one of those I tend to use my 110 buck knife.. it holds an edge well...

    My 110 buck... second choice.. any sharp buck...

    There's no perfect one, do it all knife, that's why I have a drawer full of them...

    If I was designing one.

    4.5" elliptical blade, convex grind, wood or laminate scales, S30V.

    2nd choice.
    Same as first but a nessmuck.

    I really like my Buck 110 with the upgraded S30V steel blade and BOS heat treatment.
